A teenager has been charged following the death of an 89-year-old man in Esperance.
Police will allege the 18-year-old woman and the man, who are known to each other, were involved in an altercation at a house on Randell Street around 4pm on Tuesday.
The man was rushed to Esperance District Hospital with head injuries but died a short time later.
The woman has been charged with grievous bodily and will appear before the Esperance Magistrates Court today.
Major Crime Squad officers from Perth will attend the scene this morning.
