An 18-year-old man has suffered a serious head injury in a car surfing accident in Baldivis.
Police and St John paramedics were called to the incident near the corner of Makybe Drive and Acrasia Road around 12.40am on Saturday.
It's believed the 18-year-old was on the roof of a silver Subaru Liberty when he fell as the car turned left onto Acrasia Road.
He received a serious head injury and was rushed to Royal Perth Hospital.
The driver of the Subaru, a 17-year-old boy, was taken to hospital for a blood test, as per standard serious crash protocols.
The investigation is ongoing.
