A Toyota Landcruiser was travelling north on the Forrest Highway around 6.30pm on Friday when for some reason it rolled about 2km north of the Old Coast Road intersection.
The male driver was trapped, but the female passenger managed to free herself from the vehicle.
Both occupants were airlifted to Royal Perth Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
