A 14 and 15 year old boy have been charged.
Rockingham Detectives have charged two people as a result of their ongoing inquiries over a teenagers party, that turned violent in Waikiki on Saturday December 2.
Police allege around midnight, a 15 year old boy climbed over the fence of a residence in Mends Way, picked up a star picket and threw it through a sliding glass door at the rear of the home.
The boy from Collie has been charged with Trespass and Endanger the Life, Health or Safety of a Person.
A 14 year old boy has been charged with Common Assault after its alleged he punched a 28 year old man to the back of his head who was standing outside a property on Mends Way.
Both youths are due to appear in the Rockingham Children’s Court on January 3 next year.
