Authorities have charged a man over the incident.
A woman has been treated for shock after waking up to a car that had slammed into her Kardinya home.
Just after 2am on Wednesday the driver of a grey Subaru Forrester lost control of the vehicle and it crashed into a parked Toyota Landcruiser on Piercy Way, causing it to damage a water main.
The Forrester then continued across a vacant block and slammed into the bedroom of a home.
The woman was the only person at home during the crash and received no serious injuries, but damage was done to at least three rooms of her property.
The driver of the car fled the scene but Police have since located him and charged with drink driving.
