Police are investigating after discovering the 42-year-old woman alone in her home.
Armadale Detectives need the public's help to piece together what happened in the lead up to a woman being left unconscious in her Maddington home.
Authorities said around 5.30pm on Monday police and ambulance officers were called to a home in Gosnells Road West where they found the 42-year-old victim unconscious with facial injuries.
She was rushed to Armadale Hospital where she remains.
Detectives would like to speak to anyone who was in the vicinity of Gosnells Road West, Maddington or saw any suspicious activity in this area between 9:30pm on Wednesday and prior to Police attending at 5:30pm on Monday.
