On Friday 13 March, the Eastern Foreshore comes alive with smokehouse BBQ feasts, icy craft brews, live music and fiery entertainment lighting up the waterfront.

Expect glowing fire pits, jaw-dropping fire twirlers, roving magic, photobooth fun and a stunning thorny devil ice carving bringing the Fire & Ice theme to life.

Foodies can indulge in shared smokehouse BBQ platters packed with brisket, pulled pork sliders, crab croquettes and more, while acclaimed MasterChef winner Diana Chan serves up a live cooking demonstration full of bold flavour and flair.

Add live hits from Slim Jim & the Phatts and frosty festival drinks from Thorny Devil, and you’ve got one unforgettable night to kick off Crab Fest in style.
