A Blind Date With a Cat (Cat-Led Valentine Adoptions)

✨ Does the Cat Distribution System actually work? ✨
We don’t know… but we’re absolutely willing to test the theory.

This Valentine’s Day, we’re running a real-life social experiment — part reality dating show, part adoption day, part “I didn’t expect this but now I’m crying” moment.

No profiles.
No photos.
No swiping left or right.

Just you… and a cat deciding if you’re their type.

Think Love Island, but quieter.
No confessionals.
No coupling ceremonies.
Just whiskers, vibes, and a cat that may (or may not) choose you 💘🐱

You won’t know which cats are attending.
You won’t know their age, colour, coat type or gender.
You won’t know anything — until the moment they meet you.

💌 Why Are We Doing This?

Because cats don’t care about:

❌ gender
❌ colour
❌ fluffiness

And maybe… neither should love.

This event removes appearance-based bias from adoption and gives cats the opportunity to choose the people they feel safest and most comfortable with.

💕 What to Expect

🐱 Friendly, social cats of all ages (kittens to adults)
🐾 Multiple rounds — if you’re not chosen straight away, more cats will have their chance
💘 A calm, cat-led experience focused on connection, not pressure

Please note: there may be more families than cats attending, and not everyone will leave with a cat. But that doesn’t mean love isn’t out there — it may just need a second date.

🎟️ Tickets & Adoption

🎟️ Tickets are per household or adopter
(One ticket covers your whole family. Hoping to adopt two cats? Please purchase two tickets.)

💘 If you are chosen and proceed with adoption, your ticket fee will be deducted from the adoption fee.

🐾 Adoption fee on the day is a flat $400, regardless of age, colour or coat type
🐱 All cats are sterilised and microchipped
🏡 Normal adoption conditions apply
