A woman from Byford has been charged with 16 stealing offences after police found the mail and credit cards of over 150 people.
As a result of information received by the public, police attended an address in Byford at about 7:30pm on Friday, September 1.
Police said a woman was observed just inside the front door of the address in possession of a number of items.
The woman was arrested on suspicion of stealing and a subsequent search of the property revealed a large amount of property items, including mail that was believed to be stolen.
A 35-year-old woman from Byford has been charged with 16 counts of possessing stolen or unlawfully obtained property, including mail and credit cards.
Numerous and ongoing inquiries are continuing by Mundijong Police who said public information helps.
