A young girl has died after being struck by a car along Albany Highway in Gosnells.
A three-year-old girl has been struck by a car on Albany Highway earlier this morning.
Main Roads have closed Albany Highway in both directions from Ferres Drive to Dorothy Street while Police investigate.
Around 6.30 this morning a 30-year-old man was driving a white 2005 model Toyota Hilux utility along Albany Highway.
The victim ran across the road in front of the car from the Gosnells Baptist Church and was struck down.
The child was rushed to Armadale Hospital with critical injuries but she's since died.
The ABC reports the parents of the child were not present at the time of the incident.
