Matthew Kyle Fisher-Turner's father and siblings are accused of murdering the 24-year-old.
In October 2016 the body of Matthew Kyle Fisher-Turner was found by Police in a recently-dug grave at the Parmelia home he grew up in.
Mr Fisher-Turner's father, Ernest Fisher, has been accused of murdering his son.
The 66-year-old's two children, Hannah Jade Fisher-Turner and Joshua Douglas Fisher-Turner, have been charged with being accessories after the fact to murder.
In September last year the trio appeared via video link in the Stirling Magistrate’s Court and pleaded not guilty to the charges stacked against them.
The victim's father and siblings will now appear at a district court today to face the charges.
The trial is expected to last for 15 days.
