Firefighters have extinguished a house fire in Mandurah.
Crews were called to the Cooper Street property just before 9.20am on Friday.
A DFES spokesperson said the fire started in a front bedroom.
It is not yet known what caused the blaze, but it is believed to be suspicious.
There are no reports of injuries.
