A 36-year-old man has been charged with murder after allegedly mowing down two men with his car in Warnbro.
Police were called to The Avenue near Torbay Mews about 1.20am on Sunday after the Ford Falcon allegedly hit two pedestrians before leaving the scene.
A 42-year-old Warnbro man died at the scene, while a 33-year-old man also from Warnbro, was taken to Royal Perth Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
About 3.10am on Sunday, police located the driver and the Ford Falcon in North Dandalup.
The 36-year-old man from Port Kennedy has been charged with murder and attempted murder.
He is due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court today.
