A man has died in a horror crash in Perth's south.
He was driving a Toyota Aurion sedan along Berrigan Drive near Prinsep Road in Jandakot around 8.40pm on Tuesday when he collided with a building.
The man was the only occupant in the vehicle and died at the scene.
Major Crash officers are investigating.
