Major Crash officers are investigating a fatal traffic crash that occurred in Bridgetown about 3.10pm on Monday, 10 June 2019.
A black Holden Commodore sedan travelling north along South Western Highway-Warburton Road, collided head on with a white Toyota Landcruiser travelling south on the same road.
The driver of the Holden Commodore, a 39 year old man suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. A young boy who was a rear passenger in the vehicle received serious injuries and as airlifted to Perth Children’s Hospital.
The 71 year old male driver of the Toyota Landcruiser received minor injuries in the crash and was treated at Bridgetown Hospital.
