A 39-year-old man has been charged over the alleged rape of a young woman in Hamilton Hill.
Police will allege the victim, aged in her 20s, was collected by the accused man, who she believed was a rideshare driver around 4.55am on February 12.
Before taking the girl home, the man allegedly sexually assaulted her.
The Beckenham man has been charged with two counts of sexual penetration without consent and unlawful and indecent assault.
He appeared in the Fremantle Magistrates Court on Tuesday and will reappear in court next week.
