Police are paramedics were called to a home on Karri Way about 9.30pm on Monday to find a 25-year-old man with critical injuries.
He was rushed to Royal Perth Hospital but died a short time later.
Detectives would like to speak to anyone who was in the area between 8:30pm and 9:30pm on Monday who may have seen or heard any suspicious persons, vehicles or activity.
