Pinjarra Police are investigating a suspicious car fire in Barragup.
Firefighters were called to the scene on Fiegert Road about 9.30pm on Sunday with reports a white Nissan X-Trail was on fire.
It took crews just under an hour to extinguish the blaze which completely engulfed the vehicle.
Police say the owner of the X-Trail left it parked on the side of the road after it broke down around 7pm.
Police would like to speak to anyone who saw anything suspicious in the vicinity of the white Nissan X-Trail on Fiegert Road between 7:00pm and 9:30pm.
