Malcolm Blurton was arrested earlier this morning.
Police have arrested dangerous and armed man Malcolm Stirling Blurton earlier this morning at a Canning Vale property.
Tactical Response Group officers forced entry into the house and after negotiating with the 30-year-old for a period of time he surrendered and was taken into custody.
No one else was in the house at the time of the arrest, a shotgun and ammunition were recovered from the house.
It's unclear what charges, if any, will be laid against Mr Blurton.
