A power outage is affecting thousands of residents in the Mandurah area.
The outage was reported just after 8.30am on Friday, with just under 4500 people without power.
Suburbs affected include Mandurah, Greenfields, Meadow Springs, San Remo and Silver Sands.
According to Western Power, the estimated restoration time is 11am.
