This Sunday 29th May, join the City of Kwinana for Community Planting Day at Henley Reserve in Leda!
Henley Reserve is an important Conservation Wetland area, and they're calling for volunteers to be involved in planting native species to improve habitat for the bandicoot population!
Please wear clothing appropriate for the weather including long sleeves and enclosed shoes. You will also need to bring your own trowel, gloves and mallet if you have one. There will be some provided if you do not have your own.
They will be adhering to COVID mandates for outdoor events relevant to the time of the event, and ask anyone feeling unwell on the day to stay at home.
This is a free event, but all participants must register.
Carparking will be available onsite, with access via the first gate on the left travelling south after the roundabout on Gilmore Ave.
