Starting Monday 17th February, adults can enjoy a free four-week cooking session, where you’ll learn to cook some tasty, easy recipes and get involved in some fun nutritional activities. Over the four weeks, you’ll learn about healthy eating, label reading and food selection, meal planning and budgeting as well as food safety, preparation and cooking.
