Get ready for a fitness challenge like no other! The MALC Sprint Triathlon is designed for anyone who loves to push their limits, from first-timers to experienced athletes. This isn’t your typical triathlon we’re flipping the order and turning up the fun!
Event Details:
Bike: 10 km on our stationary bikes
Run: 2.8 km along the scenic river footpath
Swim: 700 m in our indoor pool
This reverse-order triathlon starts with a high-energy bike ride to get your heart pumping, moves into an outdoor run to test your endurance, and finishes strong in the pool. The quickest total time takes the glory, but every finisher is a champion!
Who Can Join:
Anyone aged 12 and over
FREE for MALC members | Casual fee of $17 applies for non-members
