Head down to the Front Garden of the Edenvale Heritage Precinct and join in for FREE yoga sessions.
These sessions are designed for everyone to enjoy and participate in. They can help improve your range of motion, gain more flexibility, increase your stability, help you enjoy greater mobility, change old movement patterns, encourage good posture and reset your Body/Mind connection.
Remember to bring along a water bottle to keep hydrated as well as a mat, towel or blanket to lay down on, or feel free to lay on the grass. You are also welcome to bring a small pillow or something comfy to put under your head.
These yoga sessions are run on a Sunday, from 9:00am to 10:00am, in 7-week blocks.
