Take part in this free workshop facilitated by Art Therapist Paul K. Davis from Reflective Visions to create a unique representation of your own journey of finding hope through the experience of mental illness.

Absolutely no art experience is necessary, the workshop is a fun and relaxed exploration of your own story.

Places are strictly limited and restricted to residents of the City of Rockingham aged 18 and over.
