Every Thursday morning, the Peel Regional Football Council are holding Walking Football sessions for anyone over 50!
The sessions are free to attend, no experience is necessary, and both men and women over 50 are invited to head along and have a go!
Don't worry, there's definitely no running involved!
A great way of keeping fit, meeting new people and having fun!
