A 10-year-old boy has been charged over two separate incidents in Warnbro.
The child allegedly gained access to a staff-only area of a fast food outlet on Warnbro Sound Avenue about 4.40pm on Saturday, October 18.
He allegedly approached an employee in a threatening manner while armed with an "object".
A short time later, the boy allegedly approached a woman at a nearby bus stop and made threats and demands while armed with the object.
He has since been charged with attempted armed robbery, trespass and being armed in a way to cause fear.
The boy is due to appear before the Perth Children’s Court later this month.
Witnesses to either incident, or anyone with information or vision that may assist this investigation, are urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or submit a report online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au
