University students are encouraged to apply for the Alcoa Vacation Student Program.
The Alcoa run program is a 12-week curriculum where participants to practical experiences in their chosen disciplines in a practice environment and offers personal development opportunities and unique challenges.
The program is open to second and third year university students from a number of disciplines including engineering, information technology, human resources, communications, health and safety, finance, chemistry, geology/physical metallurgy, and environment.
