A car has hit a police motorcycle in Golden Bay.
Mandurah Detectives are appealing for information regarding an incident in Golden Bay this morning.
At around 5:40am police stopped a dark blue Subaru on Mandurah Road near Dampier Drive.
As the officer approached the car, the driver reversed into the motorcycle at speed before driving away from the area.
The officer was not injured in the incident.
The Subaru was located a short time later abandoned in a Port Kennedy car park.
