A driving instructor has been charged with the alleged indecent assault of a 16-year-old girl.
The 55-year-old man allegedly assaulted the girl during a driving lesson on February 1.
The man from Leeming has been charged with unlawful and indecent assault and is due to appear in the Fremantle Magistrates Court today.
