Detectives are investigating if speed and alcohol were factors in the collision.
Investigations are underway following an overnight crash in Perth's north.
Around 9.20pm a 39-year-old woman was driving her Holden Malibu through traffic lights at the Marmion Avenue intersection in Butler before she lost control of her vehicle on Kingsbridge Boulevard.
Police said the woman's car collided head on with a Holden Commodore being driven by a 33-year-old man.
The woman received a leg injury, the commodore driver also received leg injuries, while his two passengers, a 29-year-old man and a 30-year-old man also received injuries.
Traffic Enforcement Group officers are now investigating the incident and whether speed and alcohol were factors in the crash.
