A fourth man has been charged over an alleged brick attack in Mandurah.
Detectives arrested the man after releasing CCTV footage of the alleged assault that happened on the Smart Street Mall around 1.30am on Wednesday.
Police allege two of the men threw bricks at a 27-year-old man, causing him to fall to the ground.
A woman suffered a fractured skull after she was also allegedly struck in the head with a brick.
The 19-year-old Beaconsfield man has been charged with one count of grievous bodily harm and unlawfully wounding.
He was refused bail and will appear in the Perth Magistrates Court today.
A 23-year-old Dudley Park man, a 21-year-old Falcon man and a 20-year-old Kelmscott man have also been charged over the alleged attack.
