A man and a woman have been charged after an incident at Quarry Park in Meadows Springs yesterday afternoon.
Mandurah police apprehended the male and female yesterday afternoon after the incident.
The female has been charged with obscene act in public and driving offences, and the male was charged with obscene acts in a public place.
