A 32-year-old Bertram man has been charged over the alleged sexual assault of a woman at a Perth nightclub.
The alleged victim was on the dance floor of the nightclub on Murray Street near McLean Lane about 1.50am on Sunday, March 29 when the accused allegedly sexually assaulted her.
He has since been charged with sexual penetration without consent and unlawful and indecent assault and is due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court today.
The investigation is ongoing and detectives wish to speak to anyone who was at a nightclub in the area between 21 and 29 March 2026, and who has any information relating to this incident, or any similar incidents.
