Rockingham detectives have charged a 38-year-old man for striking another man with his car.
A Brookdale man is due to reappear in Armadale Magistrates Court next month, following a court appearance today, accused of a hit and run incident in Parmelia on Thursday September 27.
Rockingham detectives said the 38-year-old man was driving a white Commodore sedan along Chisham Avenue, around 1.45pm on Thursday when he had a verbal and physical altercation with a 33-year-old man.
It's understood the victim was known to the Brookdale man. Police further allege the man drove his Commodore at the victim and struck him before fleeing the scene.
The victim received injuries to his left arm.
The 38-year-old man has been charged with act or omission causing bodily harm, stealing and dangerous driving.
