A 59-year-old man has died in a crash in the South West.
The man was driving a red Chrysler sedan on the Forrest Highway around 11.10am on Wednesday, September 10, when his vehicle left the road and struck a tree between Ludlow and Ellis Roads.
The driver suffered critical injuries and died at the scene.
