The Police Arson Squad will continue their investigation of the suspicious blaze today.
A man in his 60s awoke to find his Innaloo home engulfed in flames in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
Neighbours said they pulled the man and his dog to safety when they noticed the fire around 4.15am.
Fire crews attended the Shaw Road home to find the entire property on fire.
The fire is being treated as suspicious with the damage cost estimated at $350,000.
Authorities are asking anyone who saw any suspicious activity, persons or vehicles, or who has any dash cam footage is asked to come forward.
Rewards of up to $50,000 are available for information that leads to the identification and conviction of an arsonist.
