A man has been stabbed inside Rockingham Shopping Centre.
Police and St John Ambulance were called to the scene just outside the Coles entrance around 4pm on Tuesday.
It's understood the man was stabbed when he approached a group of teenagers accused of stealing.
The victim, aged in his 30s, was taken to Royal Perth Hospital in a serious condition.
The teenagers ran from the scene.
