Mandurah Detectives have issued a reminder to residents and tradies near homes under construction after a spate of recent thefts.
"In one incident, a large quantity of cement was stolen from a locked site shed at a home under construction on Goldrush Way in Baldivis," a WA Police spokesperson said.
"Thefts from homes under construction delay construction time, highly impacting the builder and house owner."
Police say thefts from building sites are on the rise with high value goods such as ovens and water heaters being stolen.
Detectives are urging people to report any suspicious persons, vehicles, or activity to Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or via www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
