The man was also found with drugs and weapons during the time of the incident.
It'll be an early morning in the Rockingham Magistrates Court for a 31-year-old Mandurah man following a run in with officers in Rockingham on Wednesday evening.
Police said just after midnight officers approached the man, who has a disqualified license and false license plates on the motorbike he was riding.
The man then proceeded to flee from police on foot. Officers chased the man and eventually caught up with him.
Upon catching the offender police allege an amount of methylamphetamine and a high powered laser were found in his backpack.
The motorbike has been seized by police and the man charged with several offences.
