Police are investigating an act of animal cruelty in Mundijong after a miniature horse was shot and killed.
The horse's owner issued a warning on social media claiming her horse was shot in the head as it slept on Sunday night.
“If you know anything, please report any suspicious activity to the police as soon as possible," Corrina Watts wrote.
"Please be vigilant."
It is not yet clear what the horse was shot with.
The shooting comes after a dog was found dead with several arrow wounds in her head and body near Byford on Monday.
A cat was also discovered with an arrow through its head in Ellenbrook on Friday.
Anyone with information on these incidents is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
