WA Police are calling for calm after the death of 17-year-old teenager shocked the Canning Vale community.
Police say Jacob Cummins was killed when a woman mowed him down with her Nissan Skyline after a street brawl outside a fast food store in Canning Vale.
A vigil was held at Scarborough beach yesterday afternoon attended by family and friends.
There have not been any other gatherings or protests relating to this case.
20 year old Aya Hishmeh appeared in court yesterday and had to be supported by custodial officers as she sobbed while her charges were read.
She has since been charged with murder and will be remanded in court until her next appearance in January.
Four others were injured in the car attack.
Police investigations are ongoing.
