A Secret Harbour family are pleading for the return of a stolen laptop that contained irreplaceable photos of their deceased mother.
The suspected thieves broke into Stuart Taylor-Charnley’s car outside his Bancoura Parkway home about 4.15am on Tuesday.
Mr Taylor Charnley said the laptop contained photos of his wife, who died from liver cancer in January, along with his children.
“You don't realise how precious something can be until it’s gone,” Mr Taylor-Charnley told Seven News.
“Now, many of their precious memories of their mum are also gone.
“If someone's offered the laptop to buy, or somebody knows of somebody trying to sell something. Just put one and one together. That's all I want. I want my laptop back."
The thieves were caught on CCTV breaking into other vehicles in the area.
Mandurah Detectives are appealing to anyone with any information to contact Police on 131 444 quoting Incident Number 170718090787405.
