Police are yet to lay charges over an attempted armed hold-up at a service station in Silver Sands.
It's alleged a man armed with a gun demanded cash at the service window of the BP on Mandurah Terrace just before 5am on Thursday.
Luckily, staff were able to go to another area of the store and the man left empty handed.
He fled the area in a vehicle that another person was driving.
A short time later a Hyundai Getz was stopped on Old Coast Road in Erskine, where two men were taken into custody.
Police then went to a home on Park Ridge Drive in Bouvard where they arrested a third man.
The men aged 34, 28 and 34 remain in custody.
Charges are yet to be laid.
