A man was airlifted to Royal Perth Hospital and a woman taken to Peel Health Campus following a crash this morning.
A man was flown to Royal Perth Hospital with an injured arm while a woman was taken to Peel Health Campus under priority one when she reported chest pains.
The crash was reported at 9.25am when a car travelling on Old Coast Road collided with a tree near the intersection of Holmes Road in Lake Clifton.
The RAC Rescue Helicopter and St John Ambulance attended the scene where two people were discovered trapped in the car.
Old Coast Road was temporarily closed in both directions but has since reopened.
