An officer spotted two men riding the small bike in Mandurah on Monday.
Around 4.15pm on Monday the Mandurah Officer in Charge spotted two men riding the unlicensed bike, attempting to cross Mandurah Road.
The officer attempted to pull the pair over but the bike evaded police. It eventually collided with another car but luckily no one was injured.
A 20-year-old man from Mandurah, who was riding the bike, was charged with driving an unlicensed vehicle, no authority to drive and dangerous driving.
A 29-year-old man from Mandurah, who owns the bike and was a passenger, was charged with permitting the use of an unlicensed vehicle.
The pair will be summonsed to appear in the Mandurah Magistrate's Court at a later date.
The bike will likely be destroyed.
