The Arson Squad have released CCTV of a person wanted for questioning over a deliberately lit fire at Bar Therapy in Mandurah.
The heritage listed building on Mandurah Terrace went up in flames around 5am on Tuesday, April 23.
It caused significant structural damage at an estimated cost of $350,000.

"Investigators believe the fire was deliberately lit and wish to speak to a person wearing a hoodie with white sleeves, shorts over bike shorts (skins) and carrying a blue type of sports bag," a WA Police spokesperson said.
"The person was seen around the time of the fire, walking along the boardwalk towards the Mandurah Bridge.
Detectives wish to speak to anyone who was in the area between 5am and 5.30am, particularly a group of early morning runners that ran past the bar on the Mandurah Boardwalk just after 5am."
Anyone with any information relating to this fire is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or via www.crimestopperswa.com.au
Rewards of up to $25,000 are available for information that leads to the identification and conviction of an arsonist.
