Ryza Homes is a West Australian building and construction company owned and operated by two generations of the Glossop family. The Mandurah office opened in 2016 and the highly experienced team have been providing excellent quality and service throughout the Peel Region for decades.
Transitioned from the family companies Fielden Homes and Port Quay Construction, Ryza Homes is now set to become a house hold name for design and quality.

Attention to detail comes from those in the know. With extensive careers in the construction industry Steve and his sons Ryan & Adam all have building in their blood and are passionate about what they do. Always keeping in mind the importance of quality over quantity, Ryza Homes will strive to achieve the best result possible for their clients new and old.
