Crews are on the scene while roads have been blocked off and the park closed.
The fire was reported at 12:54am on 30 January and currently there has been 4 hectares burnt.
The cause of the fire is suspicious.
A bushfire advice has been issued for people bounded by Thomas Street, Aberdare Road, Nicholson Road, Railway Road and Railway Parade in Shenton Park and Subiaco in the City of Subiaco.
Kings Park is closed to the public including motorists and cyclists.

DFES is managing the fire.
