A Holden Commodore ute lost control and crashed into a house in Warnbro around 11pm last night.
The car was travelling along Glenelg Close in Warnbro when the driver lost control, and crashed into a house.
The home was unoccupied at the time of the crash and no one was injured. The driver fled on foot and was later apprehended at a residence in Warnbro.
An 18-year-old Port Kennedy man will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date with traffic offences.
UPDATE:
The 18-year-old Port Kennedy man has been charged with:
• Exceed 0.05g alcohol per 100ml of blood
• Driver fail to report an incident in which property was damaged.
He is due to appear in Rockingham Magistrates Court on the 18th of September 2018.
